TOPIA OTN – Hazbin Hotel is an adult musical animated series created by Vivienne "VivziePop" Medrano. The series revolves around Charlie Morningstar, the daughter of Hell, in his quest to find a way to have the demons "rehabilitated" and allowed into Heaven.
He opens a rehabilitation hotel that offers the devil an opportunity for redemption and becoming a better person. The pilot, released to YouTube on October 28, 2019, was created entirely by freelance animators and was largely financed by followers of Patreon Medrano. Its first season was produced by independent entertainment company A24.
The popularity and success of the pilot allowed Medrano to create a spin-off series called Helluva Boss, which premiered on October 31, 2020. The series features different casts of characters in the same universe setting.

The series follows Charlie Morningstar (voiced by Jill Harris), the princess of Hell, as she begins to fulfill her seemingly impossible dream of opening a hotel called the "Happy Hotel," which aims to rehabilitate sinners. Due to overpopulation, Hell performs an annual purge once a year, in which angels descend from Heaven and kill the demons.
Charlie finds this annoying, and wants to find a more peaceful solution to the problem of overpopulation. The goal is for the client to "come out" of Hell as a redeemed soul accepted into Heaven.
With the help of his loyal manager and girlfriend, Vaggie (Monica Franco), and their reluctant first patron, porn actor Angel Dust (Michael Kovach, pilot), he is determined to make his dream come true.
